Please note that our double rooms are for 2 persons only, and our family rooms are for 4 persons only. Extra person(s) sharing the room with existing bedding will incur an extra person charge of RM30 per person per night. A security deposit of RM50 for double rooms and RM100 for family rooms will be collected upon check-in. It will be refunded upon check-out provided that there are no damages or missing items in the room. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in our hotel. A cleaning fee of RM200 will be charged to your account if you do not comply with our non smoking policy. - Check-in counter available from 8am to 10pm daily. No Early/Late Check-in and Early/Late Check out before 8am and after 10pm.

I had the pleasant stay here. It 's located near top spot and walking distance to the food court.

Nice but during our first entry there are cockroach out from lamp. And there is no lift when I have asked for lower level and have window in my room.

Room has bad odour. Toilet not so clean, soap not provided, no towel changes everyday. No housekeeping. The hotel still under few renovation and stairs quite creepy. Please do some improvements on your rooms. Rooms are so lighting even at night. No curtain. You need to wear eye mask while sleeping. However it is strategic location & worth paid.

the services were so poor. we had to carrier our bag ourselves to 3rd floor using staircase. there so many ants inside the room

The room is almost the same with the photos, good quality bed, I sleep well. The staff are kind but they don't clean the room on a daily basis, they ask permission first prior to cleaning of the room.

The aircond was not cold. I stayed there in family room. We are sweating plus the ceiling was leaking when its raining. The staff is okay and please bear there is no lift.
