Room a bit smelly. 2 times I got blanket with a dotted blood on it. Ask for a replacement, but still have a blood there. Staff not that friendly. However the place is good for sight seeing. Near to riverfront.

Cheap room but the room was unsatisfying dirty. Lumps of hair on the drain cover inside the toilet that blocked the entire bathroom, dirty sheets, mattress and blankets, aside from stains on the towels. Had an unpleasant sleep as I can feel the springs on the bed. The sink was leaky, as I was washing my hands, my feet was wet as the drain below was leaking. Also the shower head was leaking, very low pressure to take bath. Used to patron the Place2Stay franchise, but this outlet is disappointing. Been to other outlets in Kuching and Miri, and this would be the worst.

It is not 3 stars hotel, not even 1 star. Not recommended. Can find better place at same price.

Romantic Vacation
There’s a lot of cockroach in room ðŸ˜, smelly bathroom 😖 and dirty bedsheet. Hope they can improve it since the place is very strategic place for tourist.

Dirty bedsheet with many stains and hairs. Toilet air filter stucked with tissues due to maintenance issue. No initiative done asking why do I checked out after 5 mins check in. Will never come again. Very disappointing.
