Convenient place to stay if have late flights or early flights. Can feel a bit far to walk especially if tired from the flight but there is a complimentary buggy service available 24 hours. Just ring the intercom on the wall if no buggy seen.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Very convenient to the airport since buggy was provided every 5 mins. 5 * for services provided by the hotel staff 👍.

The hotel is nice and within walking distance to klia 1 and it offers free buggy to pick up guests. However, many like us didn't know it. It'll be good if this can be posted on website. The hotel has a pool but with no lights at night.

Stayed a day before my flight to Denpasar. The room and its amenities are rather excellent. However, I am not in favour of the so-called buggy service that the hotel says to provide for guests. I guess they only provide for selected quests. As I was waiting for the buggy with my luggage from a previous flight at the designated location at KLIA1 as noted to me by the receptionist; The lady who was on the buggy did not stop for the quests but was more interested to stop & bring the hotel staffs back to hotel (without them stopping her). I waited for a while for the next buggy service but it never came. I ended up walking to the hotel with my luggage. The next day, when I went to KLIA, the buggy guy who was in front at the side entrance ignored me and just went back to sit. The only saving grace was when I checked out to catch the flight with my luggage, the Indian guy at the front desk brought me to the buggy service. Thus, I managed to experience buggy service without destroying my T12 fracture. Perhaps the service meant for selected guests with business suits and foreign skin? Though I have no problem with other services, the buggy service may help people who have health problems.

Since I was not in the situation to see myself, I believe they were misunderstanding regarding our buggy service and I would like to put forward some information in case that you will be coming here again. I am glad that your rating isn't affect our other facilities and it is very professional of you. Kindly be informed that, we provide buggy service for all and it is based on first come first serve. We do have waiting area at Level 2, KLIA. You may press the intercom and request for the buggy and my team will pick you up. We have some of the guests who prefer to walk and probably my team missed you out. During check out our guests can request for buggy at our Concierge. Again sir, this information as to highlight to you in order to ensure you have a better experience. You may just stop our buggy and I am sure that my team will be ready to be at your service. Their system was down throughout my whole stay. Took so long to check in and everytime I want to get into the room, I have to ask for their assistance. Very inconvenient. The room was in good shape though.

1. This transit hotel is only for guests on transit or departing to an international flight. 2. Guests are required to produce the boarding pass of their next flight upon check-in. 3. If you are on transit, please ensure you check through your baggage to your next destination, as the baggage claim area will be located after custom and immigration. 4. Please be aware that KL International Airport ( KLIA Airport Terminal ) and klia2 Airport Terminal are not connected. Your checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if you stay in the transit hotel. 5. Guests with connecting flight from klia2 Airport Terminal need to go pass klia2 custom and immigration zone and take the train either via KLIA Express or KLIA Transit, towards KLIA Airport Terminal. 6. Guests with connecting flight from klia2 airport terminal or domestic are required to check in their luggage and present their next flight boarding pass (international only) before entering KLIA Airport Terminal, Satellite Building.
