The hotel happens to be super old and it's very dirty. The carpets and walls are stained. Rusting and peeling in bathroom and in the room. The room carpet is stained and sticky to walk on and there's no bedroom slippers. The mattress spring could be felt when sleeping and the hotel doesn't provide comforter, only blanket. Wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone, especially those with families.

I book my room seaview type. But I get garden view type emm when I tell the receptionist there she said same room how could? The receptionist quite rude also I didn't remember her name. It diffrent price for seaview type and garden view type. I'm really really disappointed regarding this matter. Luckily just one night stay if two night I will talk to the management. Please the grand beach resort take noted. We pay not stay there for free 😌.

The hotel building was old and not well-maintained. Only 1 lift functioning at the main building, the lift was hot and small, the hotel room was smelly with water stained at the room carpet, the bed and bedsheet was yellowish and dirty, TV have no channel because the cable was broken, fridge have leftover inside, dust all over surround the fridge, room telephone was not fuctioning until I informed the receptionist, the maintenance came and plugged in the telephone wire, plus bathtub and curtain was yellowish with no water stopper, I have informed the receptionist, the maintanence took hour to come and brought the unfit water stopper, was told that they have no stock for that, further, the maintenance guy who came to our room did not remove his shoes in which we felt it very rude since we use the room to sleep and rest, it should be clean, 1 star given was only for the clean and beautiful scenery of the beach.

Staycation

I get a long distance walk room and so dark and I ask to change it and we get the new room but 3 time the door lock can't open use the access card. Need me to go at the reception for 3 time I call the hotel for ask assistant but not pick up a call. Also Same think happen when I going dinner back to room the access card also can't use. Again need me work to reception. When I'm entering the room I can see a dash at furniture it look like not clean well.
