Nice and cosy hotel to stay with family. Smooth check in & check out. Great food & facilities to public. Fascinating surroundings view: we're requested Lake View to see Seri Wawasan Bridge. Near attractions area too. First time we stayed at the hotel after MCO with our lovely 2 years old baby boy.

Swift check ins, clean rooms (we booked 3 rooms in total), lemon grass-y smells at the lobby (loved it). Only two downsides-the carpet at the 2nd floor smelled damp and not a variety of choices for breakfast buffet so not quite worth the price if you pay per pax.

Lift sensor is not working and air conditioning inside the room and lobby is bad. No air circulation.

All are expected from 5stars hotel. Only let down, the air conditioner was not cool enough. Need a day to get 23-24 ° C in a room. Management should look into this matter.

Nice view from the room. The room is also spacious and clean. Also very helpful staff especially from Mr. Shan. Will recommend the hotel to my family and friends if they want to book a hotel in putrajaya.

Nice destination for family staycation. Near to Ayer@8 for easy food hunting. Breakfast in hotel also nice with a lot of choices. RM29 for 6yo, foc for 4yo. The room is very nice and clean with separate WC.

Holiday
The hotel was great and I had a very good time in the hotel got the food was great too. The scenery was spectacular got my daughter loves the scenery so much we can see the bridge lighten up during the night. This hotel is actually underrated. I wish I will travel and stay in this hotel again in the future. This hotel is highly recommended to those who wants to stay when they are in Putrajaya.
