Nice location, affordable, a lot of restaurants and 7-11 in front, so privacy, quite, and can park motorcycle. Not far from Central Plaza Chiang Mai and many tourist attractions. The staff also so kind 🙏🏻. Definitely will back to stay here again ♥.

ยังกะรร.ร้างไฟทางเดินแทบไม่มี ยักใยแมงมุมมาเต็ม โครตหลอน เคยมากนานก่อนหน้านึกว่าปรับปรุงแล้วเลยลองมาอีกรอบ หนักกว่าเดิม

ตอนไปถึงไม่มีพนังงานที่ reception เลย พยายามโทรหาตามเบอร์ที่แปะไว้ตรงเค้าเตอร์ โทรเป็น 10 สายก็ไม่มีคนรับ ผ่านไป 30 กว่านาที ถึงจะโทรกลับและมีคนเอากุญแจมาให้ ห้องแรกที่ได้ ประตูห้องไม่สามารถล็อคได้ เลยขอเปลี่ยนห้องทเพราะรู้สึกว่าอันตรายมาก ห้องที่สอง ประตูล็อคได้แต่ไม่แข็งแรงเลยแถมมีช่องโหว่เป็นซีๆนิดหน่อยตามประตู แต่ก็ต้องยอมเอาเพราะเขาบอกไม่มีห้องอื่นแล้ว ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างสกปรกมีคราบเต็มห้องน้ำเลย เตียงพอนอนลงไปยวบแทบจะติดพื้น ดีสุดคงเป็นแอร์เย็นดี

ที่จอดรถมอเตอร์ไซค์มีแต่รางน้ำเหล็กชำรุด อาจทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ สายฉีดชำระชำรุด รอการดำเนินการเปลี่ยนห้องใช้ระยะเวลา 45-50นาที ไม่มีคนบริการหน้าเคาเตอร์ ต้องรอเพราะมีคนให้บริการเพียงคนเดียวที่ดูแลที่อื่นด้วย เสียเวลากับการเปลี่ยนห้องที่ชำรุด พอเปลี่ยนห้องแล้วก็เจอปัญหาอื่นอีก ไม่ได้รับการพักผ่อนอย่างเต็มที่ เช็คเอาท์ไม่มีพนักงานคอยดูแล ต้องเอากุญแจทิ้งไว้ในห้องและรอเงินมัดจำโอนคืน 300 บาท ผ่านมาครึ่งวันยังไม่ได้เงินคืนหวังว่าจะได้เร็วๆนี้แหละ

There is no resident below at check-in. no key card The room door is not tight. There is no u-cord lock inside. The floor of the room is dirty. There is a key deposit 300 baht, received a key deposit 300 baht, transferred the room fee to 315.46 baht, can't get a refund.

The room is suitable for the price, near Central, near Payap University, convenient to travel, but there is no parking available. There is a rental car park behind the accommodation, 30 baht per day, but the water in the bathroom is very cloudy. Please help me improve it a bit.
