It was a great stay at cozroom, for those looking for a feeling going home in midst of your holiday, this is the place for you, quite neighborhood, not too touristy, yet within walking distance to central saigon. Thumbs up guys, keep up the good work.

To be honest, I did not take photo where I stayed during the business trip. However, it was a nice experience. I love to stay in a place that I can cook some simple food as I follow eat clean. Here in Cozrum, they provided full equipments. The room was warm and cozy, the facilities were good and there was nothing trouble me.

There are many ants on the bed. At night, I was bitten by ants and couldn't sleep. I stayed for 4 nights and Cozrum announced that there would be a one-time housekeeping service and the house would automatically set the day, but on that day there was no room cleaning. I had to send a message so someone could come clean the next day. Disappointed in quality and service

Complaint about Experience at Airbnb Cozrum Charming Corner 2 Dear CHDV Cozrum Charming Corner 2 team, I would like to send a complaint about my poor experience at Cozrum Charming Corner 2 apartment, address 453/48 Nguyen Dinh Chieu , Cozrum Homes Charming Corner 2 from October 25, 2023 to October 26, 2023. I want to start by stating that I have stayed here many times before and always considered this one of my options. Top choice for staying here. In particular, I stayed at Cozrum Charming Corner 2 apartment for about 10 consecutive days from September 24 to October 4. Having experienced the service here made me decide to book again from October 25 to October 26. I was booked into a room on the 3rd floor, apartment 302. However, right from the moment I checked in, unexpected problems occurred. When I arrived and used the code to open the gate, everything was normal. However, when I opened the box to get the card key, I noticed there was no key in there. I called Cozrum's hotline to request assistance in resolving this situation. Your customer service staff has theorized that a customer in room 301 may have mistaken the room and took the key, causing the card key to no longer be there. I suggested as a temporary solution that I could use unit 301 while they contacted the customer and resolved the issue. However, after I had entered unit 301, I realized that the customer of unit 301 had made a reservation and was inside. I reported this situation to the customer service staff and was given a temporary password to enter apartment 302. When I entered apartment 302, I had to go through an even more difficult experience. The room did not have a card key and did not have any type of magnetic card to plug into the socket to be able to turn on the lights. I had to use the room in the dark, which made my experience quite unpleasant and frustrating. After that, I asked the customer service staff to re-handle the situation and they sent a technician to re-make the magnetic card for me. However, the problem has not yet been completely resolved. I tried opening the gate using the new card, but it also failed. I even tried using the password provided earlier, but to no avail. During this period, I contacted Cozrum's hotline number many times, a total of more than 30 calls, but no one answered the phone or responded. I had to stand outside the apartment for many hours, while the street at night was very dark and dangerous. I was in a deserted alley where there were many risks, and this experience caused me to lose sleep and become really tired. It wasn't until after 4 a.m. that I received a text from Cozrum, informing me that they could reset my password for me. I was very dissatisfied with the delay and ineffectiveness in resolving this issue. Because of all these unwanted experiences, I would like to request Cozrum Charming Corner 2 to issue an official apology and refund my money. I had a bad night and lost faith in your service. The room does not look like the picture, the room is old, the walls are damp. Checked in at 2:00 p.m. but had to sit in the hallway waiting for cleaning until 2:12 p.m. The walls are crawling with ants, no wonder there's an ant spray bottle in the room :))

The check-in time has passed 14:00. I checked in at 4:20 p.m. but the room was still not cleaned

The kitchen and bathroom are not clean, the bed is full of fire ants so please check before lying down! The bed sheets and pillows are a bit old because they are not clean! There is no hot water, I turn it all the way to the hot side but still no hot water! Hope the hotel fixes it!

Please clean up the room and reduce many problems, thank you for your understanding
