It was great to stay at this place for a few days. Liem/Lim (I'm sorry, I don't know how to spell your name right), he was genuinely so friendly and talkative. He helped us with some things, like our laundry and recommendations for places to eat or hang out. Thank you, Liem! They also gave us a plant as a souvenir, and it was so thoughtful and cute ☺️🪴

Hotel is clean, easy to find, and has a good service. The staff is really helpful, friendly, and speaks English fluently. You can also rent motorbike here. After we checked out, the staff gave us succulent plant, thank you so much it has landed safely in my country. Would definitely comeback here

Staff is good, room is clean, I book 3 days 2 night but no clean up. And also the extra benefit is nothing. Cause I arrive at 11.30. In apps I can check in at 12.00 but the fact I still must wait until 14.00. But overall happy to stay here

I booked here for 2 nights in December, Suite with balcony room, but the staff mistakenly assigned me a Deluxe with window room. However, you gave me a reasonable solution so I'm ok, the alley is a bit small but the car in and out is still ok, close to the center and near the Chicken Church,... convenient for going out in the city. Ksan protects the environment so there are brushes, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc. (disposable), so everyone here should bring their own or buy them at the reception at a reasonable price. I have a small suggestion for the standing bathroom: there should be a shelf in the standing bathroom to store shower gel and shampoo because every time you want to get it, you have to open the door, which is quite inconvenient.

The room is clean, fully furnished and smartly arranged to optimize space. Just like the picture, my window is blocked by the wall but still has light that is not too stuffy. In the room, there are entertainment and dining locations available around Da Lat. The house is located on a slope with panoramic views of the city and quiet surroundings. Convenient location, less than 5 minutes to the center. There are motorbikes for rent, cheap but brand new. The receptionists were friendly and were given gifts when they returned. Next time if I have a chance I will definitely stop by again 💯

The room for 4 people is very large and spacious. I got a good price for only nearly 5 hundred for a weekend night. There is always hot water.
