Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

General Check-in Instructions

- No extra accommodation charge for a maximum 1 child under 05 years old sharing parents’ room without an extra bed. - Extra breakfast will be charged at 250,000 VND net per child (age of 5 -11.99) per day. - The over 12 years old shall be considered the third person and required an extra bed. - Check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours. Early check-in is subject to room availability at the time of arrival unless the room is pre-registered for the night before. 50% of the daily room rate will be charged for an extension up to 18:00 hours. A full-day room rate shall be applied after 18:00 hours. Both of these facilities are subject to room availability.
Surcharge for Holidays (28/04-02/05/2023 (5 nights) & 01-04/09/2023 (4 nights)) of 400,000 VND per child (age of 5 to 11 years old and over 1.2m in height) per day.

Nice, friendly and helpful staffs. Almost 20 years but it has really good maintenance. Spending 2 nights here was a good choice with affordable price, good breakfast and clean room. The beach is not really clean but still acceptable because it's Phan Thiet.

We booked the room for 3 adults, they gave us only 1 shampoo and 1 body soap. The breakfast beyond par and it 's not clean, the fruit full of bugs, the bread infested with many insect. Check in really terrible, first receptionist immediately told me if I had just booked in a few minutes and I told them how can she tell me that I told her why did not she check first. The receptionist was very awfully impolite and unfriendly.

The room is big with sufficient facilities and a bathtub. My room is deluxe with ocean and pool view. Breakfast buffet was good and friendly receptionists.
