4. Upon arrival our staff will make a quick test for the guests, no extra charge // Khách sẽ thực hiện test nhanh 1 lần nữa tại khách sạn, không phụ thu thêm phí.
5. Guests should not leave the resort during their stay // Khách không nên rời khỏi khách sạn trong khoảng thời gian nghỉ tại khách sạn
6. Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort Spa will collect children's fees directly upon check-in time. Children under 6 years old stay for free when using an available bed. Children from 6 to 11 years old can stay for VND 470,000.00 per child per night. Children from 12 years old and above will be charged as an adult at VND 850,000 per child per night.

Highly recommend this hotel. All staffs are super friendly, helpful and professional, the room has great view, highly recommend you to book Bungalow Beach Front (worth money), Breakfast is the best compares with others hotel in the same area. Highly appreciate Mrs. Loan, Ms. Mai Anh, Mr. Dzung, Mr. Thai and special thanks to Mr An Tom. Thank you for your support during our stay at your hotel.

My only complaint is the resort too large, you have to walk up and down, extremely hard for family with infant, provided location of the infinity pool is not central. Other than that, my experience here was great, will come back if have chance.
