Due to covid-19 can't contact hotel staff and no any response / feedback from hotel staff for amendment. First and last time also, never stay here anymore. Good bye Capsule Pod China town.

Bathroom need more maintenance, women hard to climb, plis give the lower side bed for the woman cust. Breakfast good, man staff good.

Overall Furama City Centre Hotel is good to stay, near to MRT station with walking distance. Easy to go anywhere. What a awesome service and always keep ready the staff in front of the lobby to help guest to bring the luggage. I am traveling with 3kids of course will bring more luggage. I feel very helpful.

Good location, but not worth the price for facilities. I was in the upper bed without the curtain so no privacy. No lock in the storage, you have to bring your own. Cleanliness was disappointed, hot water will be down during peak hour in the shower
