While we make every effort to ensure a peaceful night’s rest, it can be inconvenient for some guests, especially those with children. Guests are provided with sleep aids, including ear plugs, eye masks and a white noise machine (on request) to alleviate any concern. We want our guests to be informed and aware in advance.
We are going cashless! In order to enhance your guest experience, please note that we will only be accepting the following payment methods: Credit card, debit card, secured online payment, mobile payment, and electronic bank transfer.

The hotel room is quite tiny, not as big as what is shown in the photos, but one thing for sure the neighborhood is great, it 's just minutes away from Chinatown, and Clarke. And it has lots of places that open till late. The room is clean, and the surroundings are great. The only problem, it 's kind of hard when you want to check in, since you can go up to the lobby without a key card. So all you can do is keep pressing the bell until someone get down to open the door for you. The upside, it's safe and sound 😬.

We understand that the room you have gotten might look a little different from the photos as due to configuration of the heritage building as our rooms have different layouts and features. We also love the area that we are in as there are many different options for food and fun within the vicinity!

The hotel is so comfortable with a very instagram-able design interior. Every single corner in this Hotel is like a photo zone. The room itself is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is splendid. And I love how they don’t provide plastic bottled water for their guest. They provide 2 glass bottles inside the room and if we finished the water, we can go down to the first floor to refill the bottle from the water tap. They have 3 options, cold, warm and sparkling. Overall l, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Keep up the good work!

I stayed with my family and 1 small child. The room is comfortable, the toilet has a spray. Very satisfying service. For breakfast, it is more of a western-style simple breakfast, only a few variants of bread, yogurt, juice, and apples / oranges are available. The place for breakfast is suitable for a short breakfast before traveling. Around the hotel there are many bars, for the food court you can walk around 5-10 minutes to Maxwell Food Court.
