I had most of pleasant stay in this house. Located in the heart of clarkequay, easy to go anywhere, near mrt and bus stop. The house is very clean and neat, will comeback here if I visit singapore again.

Private queen, enough space, good extra AC, nice working desk and chair, theres no universal power plug, and hair dryer can be borrowed at the front office.

It 's not that bad like the other reviews. I stay in private queen room for 2 people. The bed is big and comfortable. It looks bigger than the photo. The best thing is location. It 's like in the middle of Singapore. You can walk to many tourist spots, also the mall and 7-11. The bus and MRT station is very close too. Otherwise, here 's the con. The bedsheet is a bit messy. You have to strengthen by yourself. Some bathrooms are broken and always wet. The area in the room is quite small.

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan MRT dan halte bis. Tempat makan juga banyak. Tempatnya Cukup nyaman. Cukup bersih. Sayangnya Udah ga menyediakan setrika. Keseluruhan sih oke.

The shower room is dirty, and the cleaning man took our towel and the hotel would charge 5 SGD for every additional towel.

On the first day got a broken locker, the receptionist promise to fix the next day but no action, we need to follow up. Day 2, the locker fixed (they said) but when we tried still broken, can't be open, waiting again to be fixed. Day 3, got our towel missing above our lockers, we tried to ask the receptionist but she raised her voice and blame us for put stuffs not inside the lockers (how can we put wet tower inside locker/bed, it ' s wet!), we only got one towel for 3 nights stay. Accommodation wise no issue (excl. Broken locker) but the service, definitely not coming back here, again 🙄.

Lokasi hostel strategis, mudah dijangkau, paling dekat dengan halte bus dan stasiun MRT clarke Quay, hostel tidak memberikan layanan rarly check in, namun bagi yang datang sblm jam check in, dapat menitipkan bagasi di loby sampai waktu check in tiba. Untuk kebersihan kamar lumayan, namun kebersihan kamar mandi mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lagi. Sarapan pagi tersedia berupa roti kopi dan teh. Staff friendly dan murah senyum. Overall sangat memuaskan.
