The hotel is perfect and the location is great for people who have early flight in the next day. The only weakness is the price, it is relatively high.

Clean and very comfortable, although I booked just one night for transit but the impression was so very nice. The staff also nice. From T2 arrival just take sky train to T3, then after immigration go straight away to Sky train from T3 to T2, the hotel near there. Very good location back to T2 departure.

The room and everything else was very good, but the check in counter and the personnel in the check in counter were just rude and unwelcoming. Very unpleasant to interact with. The name of the check in counter that was helping me was Linh. But the other people in the check in counter was pretty much the same. Unpleasant and unwelcoming.

The hotel has access directly to T3, Changi airport. Very nice room, friendly staff. Highly recommend it for tired travellers needing somewhere to rest from a long journey.

Am quite impressed as they did extra miles to prepare little surprise with balloons, birthday banner & also a small cake for my daughter birthday 😁 in overall we did enjoy our stay there, staff were accomodative, friendly & room service was efficient 👍.
