You know what ? Spent only a night at this lovely premise, and it felt like staying at my home. You guys prove my words, you will like it. Friendly staff and good service. Bathroom need more maintenance, women hard to climb, plis give the lower side bed for the woman cust. Breakfast good, man staff good.

Our first capsule hotel experience! We got the top bunk and it was pretty scary to come in and out of the capsule, especially in the middle of the night. Great bunch of people in our pod area and staff were very friendly! Water pressure in the bathroom was great:) The locker system for the luggage can be a bit complex! I wish there were instructions so we didn't have to break it first haha (it was fixed very quickly though).

Its located strategically in Chinatown, nearby restaurants, mall and MRT station, in fact it is right on the busy street 😄 no lift/escalator. The place and the cubics are clean and neat, aircon 24hr everywhere. The cubic itself is quite comfortable to sleep on, however the wall might be thin so you must be very quiet during nighttime (when you're inside the cubic you can still hear people ' s chats on the next room). The public bathrooms are plenty and comfortable (hot water 24hr, quick to be clean up and spacious). All staffs are professional, very kind and helpful. Thank you for the warm welcome:).

Great choice if you just need a place to sleep and don't expect anything high. The shared bathrooms were kept clean almost all the time thanks to the staffs and the guests manner. Sending my appreciation to CUBE's receptionist and staffs for being friendly and supportive during our stay. The whole experience was wonderful.

As a couple we had pleasant stay at this Hotel semi Hostel. Clean, friendly staff, easy check in & out process, strategic location less than 100 meters from MRT & Bus stop, near to 7-11, complete amenities (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, sandals), festive breakfast start from 7.30am (fruits! DIY egg station, toast, Asian dumpling, noodle, cereal) A bit disappointed I ask for lower bed since 2 month before but no response until I check in and get upper bed, I had a little accident on my knee while climbed it. However, gonna recommend it and come back again to this hotel later.
