After seeing the reviews of other guests, I was a bit scared to bring my family to this staycation. But when I actually checked in/my stay things aren't that bad and actually me and my family quite like this hotel.- Booked 4 rooms for 3d2n.- Check in was seamless fast/efficient just need get everyone's ID and the key is ready. Staff explained to us the details such as free parking/booking of pools limit to 5 guest/- As our rooms got is without breakfast staff explained to us that is $ 10 per person. So we gave it a try for 1D. -When we stepped into our rooms we were quite happy first thing first, room with Singapore flyer view.- Rooms' TV with Netflix! -Rooms are clean and although was a bit old but I must say is big + clean! - Room amenities that they even provide hotel slippers/cotton stick/body lotion!- I must say that for the location/room size and cleanliness is most important definitely I will come back to this hotel again! My experience/stay was definitely a pleasant one. Things are not really that bad from what other guest review la. Maybe different people different expectations. But I find it good. Will definitely be back again soon!

Great stay! It’s near around chinatown where there are a lot of good food there! They even give us a surprise birthday party for our kids! Great services from Furama City Hotel!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient. The room was comfortable, although the shower holder was broken, so I couldn't hang the shower. It was a minor inconvenience, but the presence of a bathtub made up for it. My booking did not include breakfast, but Chinatown Point is just a short walk away, making it easy to find a meal. The facilities are mostly self-service, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. One delightful feature was the free water vending machine, which is a thoughtful touch and likely available throughout the country.

We weren't granted to do an early check in which is fine. Since the check in is still 2pm, for the room the staff were very nice to offer different room since I feel kind of suffocated since the room is very close and doesn't have natural lighting. I expect too much with the room since its furama. But over all our stay is good. Stuff is also nice and approachable. Maybe in the future we'll get the room that has natural lighting and not feeling suffocated and lastly we can hear the other room. Hope the room is more soundproof so we can't hear anything from the other rooms.

Overall Furama City Centre Hotel is good to stay, near to MRT station with walking distance. Easy to go anywhere. What a awesome service and always keep ready the staff in front of the lobby to help guest to bring the luggage. I am traveling with 3kids of course will bring more luggage. I feel very helpful.

Overall good because there is a staff standby ot help customer to bring the luggage to the room and check in staff also very helpful. Talking about location is good to stay cause near to everywhere in Singapore. Just walking distance to MRT station.

Faster check in and check out, Ready vending machine and instant noodle near the lift. Lift near the lobby. Room near the lift with beautiful view (Singapore wheels) and city view.

In terms of location it was superb, since it was only a walking distance to people 's park and OG dept store in which you can access food easily. Unfortunately hotel it 's too old, renovation is required.

I had booked for a long time. I hoped I would receive a good priority by booking a long time. My special request when I had booked it was Non smoking room, Connecting room, High floor and 2 single beds. Hotel officer provided the 5th floor to us (what a high floor). The pathway on the 5th floor there was smelly. In the room so dusty on the floor and ceiling. I sat on the floor to manage my travel luggage and then my trousers appeared thick white dust (when was your last time to wipe the floor?). Inside the room, there was a message sign informing “hotel clean up the room every 3 days. My family had stayed for 3 days with without room cleaning, toilet cleaning, changing the bed set and not giving the daily drinking water. The hotel gave only 2 bottles of drinking water to each room for 3 days. The outside balcony is very dirty. These are our bad New Year celebrations.
