The staffs are very helpful. Loved the location of the hotel because it 's near 7 eleven and MRT station. Can find good restaurants around. The room was okay. Got a room where it smelled a bit damp, but my friend 's room next door was okay. But no complaints. I enjoyed staying here and will be coming back soon!

I read so many bad review on google about this hotel after booked it. I hesitated to continue to c/in at the beginning but when I came to the room. Its actually pretty clean, bed sheet, bathroom very clean. Its very small room yes. The second day after come back from the tour, I opened the room, and its smell cigarette which is very strong. That ' s the only thing I don't like. The staff just oke. What you expected from local workers here. Just flat, no smile no hospitality. It could done better and smile didn't cost them any cent.

Great location. Non valuable. Pros.- Existing in great location, easy to transport both MRT and bus.- Great water power. Cons.- The room and advertising image is not match e.g. Amenities, they provide only toothbrush set and all in one soap and shampoo. The toothpastes have defect always, the openers are gone. - Non standard room service. They give water 2 bottles some days another day only one bottle, someday forget to place towels. - No hygienic. No cleanest. I found a lot of ground and fungus on air condition and vents. In the restroom has a lot of tiny insects as well.- Sound. The room cannot cover any sounds outside, I can hear people walking and talking every time.

Small and a bit old of the room, but the lobby is okay and the location is great. It is in the heart of china town, just opposite china point mall and near MRT too.

On 18 August around 9pm. I ran out of the drinking water. Its lazy for me to go to 7 Eleven nearby. I ask the receptionist a bottle of water. She said she want to charge me sgd 2. I was stay there 4 nights and I pay for almost 800 SGD. And why you are so stingy to charge me for a bottle of water. This is unacceptable.

The stafs are friendly, me and family booked a standard room to stay a night as tomorrow morning we have to leave early. They upgraded our room without additional charge.
