The friendly hotel staff (a sweet lady and her male colleague) at the front desk helped me so much with my navigation around the city as I was new to the city and I never got lost with their help with directions to places. The hotel itself is strategically located where it is near the cultural area where there are many halal middle eartern or asian eateries and in front of it is Sultan Plaza for you to get some stuff. The street where the hotel is located on is not noisy and safe for walking at night with a decent view. It is near the MRT station of Nicol Highway where going to Marina Bay is so easy and quick. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room for a small fee for more convenience. The hotel is strategically located and there are plenty of halal food around.

It 's really worth staying at 81 heritage hotel Kg glam. The hotel is clean and quite spacious compared to the price and is affordable. In Singapore which is mostly difficult to find a cheap hotel. What I am most happy about is the good service of this hotel 's staff who are very friendly and helpful. We are allowed to check in early and they are ready to show us directions and this hotel allows us to keep our bags even after check out. Thank you thank you you. I will stay here again if I'm in Singapore.

This hotel quite satisfied me. The location it ' s perfect you can find any restaurants (include halal food) and also 711. The staff very nice, and if you go to concert in national stadium this hotel might be your best option. Shortcoming of this hotel there ' s no bidet in closet, the small fridge doesn't work, the room quite small. But for one night it ' s not a big problem.

At or near the Kampong Glam area, which is great. Easy access to public transport are nearby. Check in and check out is a breeze, room is comfy enough, but little bit of cigarettes smells in my room, but not on other room. Bathroom clean with good strong water pressure.

The staffs were nice! Always greets my kid. Whenever I requested to clean up before I left the room, they always asked when will I go back to the hotel. And then, when I was back to the hotel, my room already clean and tidy. Its near haji lane and masjid sultan, by walk. The nearest MRT station is lavender. Depends on my experience that bring my kid without stroller and sometimes he refused to walk, he asked me to carry him hahaha, that MRT station felt so far. Overall, I have good experience with this hotel. Thank you for the hospitality! Oh I love the water heater in their bathroom:).

First we checked in the AC in our room is real hot even though corridor is colder. I appreciated their staff that changed our room to another room with better room but it didn't have refrigerator that was even the older room has. Well yea, lucky that we only stay 2 nights in SG since we need to travel to Kuala Lumpur after so I don't really mind it. Good things, the location is quite close to every place that we visited, so thank you
