The place was great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is very nice, just 5-7 minutes from Bencoleen MRT station. 24 Hour Halal Restaurant just below the hotel. The shower was also nice with water heater and AC on the room was perfect. But the room was lil bit small and the toilet has no bidet.

For the price you are paying I would say the hotel is worth it. Room is quite small but cozy. Location though is very strategic and close to convenience shops, malls, MRT station and shopping areas such as Bugis Street, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Arab Street. Etc

All of the staff are very nice, very genuine. Got really packed check in and check out but the staff managed to get all organized. Loving the room fragrance of the hallway. The room is surprisingly spacious. Pressure water pressure and temperature. Comfy bed. There 's one staff who 's a lovely Indian woman at the reception area who 's really nice and super helpful. Really thankful for her. Placed within a walking distance to Bugis and Bencoolen area. There 's also many selections of food just downstairs. I suggest you try the Thai and Pan mee restaurant, very tasty.

My recent stay at Hotel Gin Bugis Singapore was delightful. The room was cozy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options. While the room was a bit compact, it was well-designed, and the modern amenities added to the overall comfort.
