Dirty rooms. Smelly room. Bathroom is very small. Lift is very old. No lobby. No breakfast. Do not recommend to stay more than one night. Location is good. The staff was helpful when I asked to change room.

The hotel building is old. The room is small. Bad smell. Room wall are damp. Bathroom curtain is dirty. Bathroom is very small. Shower area is too congested. The overall is very dirty. The furnitures are very old & dirty. AC is OK. Location is good.

Nice decent comfortable room for just rest and sleep. Don't expect more. Check in and check out were smooth. They provided towels and shower gel/soap, coffee and tea, 2 mineral water bottles. Location about 5 mins walk to MRT farrer Park. Surrounded by shops at little india town. We stayed during f1 weekend thus the price was a bit pricey. Overall good stay!

We were just transit at this hotel for a sleep after landed in Singapore at 1 AM. Check out at 12 PM and move to YMCA. The room is quite small, but all the facilities equal with the price you have to pay. The best things to stay at this hotel is you can easily find anything near the hotel: groceries, restaurant, clothing store, even Mustafa Center is a walking distance away (around 300 meters).

It 's a good hotel in Singapore, near MRT station (bencoolen station) many restaurant around the hotel, nice receptionists Fadhil & Jason 👍 Very friendly & helpful, good bathroom and the bed is very nice, it'good to sleep all day. But I'm in holiday in Singapore. And last but not least. Wifi it 's awesome thank.

I won't come back to this hotel. the facilities are bad. The staff is very rude. I called the hotel this morning to check my shuttle airport has arrived or not because I was at outside and still on the way to the hotel by mrt at that time. I mentioned my name as the hotel was booked in my name but the woman receptionist who picked up telephone answered me very rude, she said that I'm not the customer of hotel and there is no my name as a guest. Stupid. After that she just hung up the phone. I called again for second time and she answered me very very rude. Bad hotel, bad service, bad staff, I will never comeback here !

The hotel location is good. On the reception Mr Ali is nice & cooperative guy. And all staff are cooperative. Room is big but the hotel cleaning should be improve. And also there should be refrigerator in the room.
