The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the bed was so dirty with blood spots. The breakfast is not good.

Will be back to stay there for sure. Its took me 45 mins to walk surrounding back & forth hotel to get the spot nearby such as Funan mall (electronic shop), singapore parlement building, supreme court, clarkequay (restaurant & bar), fullerton hotel & bayfront walk.

I booked this hotel with a Premier Club room, a very expensive room in the hope of getting more facilities, good service and an unforgettable experience. But unfortunately I didn't get any of it, not only was the check-in experience bad, I also didn't get the promised club benefits (complementary and breakfast at Sky View), so I paid more but it was no different from booking a regular room. The premier room itself is a small, old room with blurry windows. The staff at the breakfast section are quite friendly, unfortunately the breakfast menu is just ordinary. Overall not recommended, better choose another hotel, with the same price will get a way better hotel.

The location is so great close to the City Hall MRT and Raffles city mall also the view is great you can see Marina Bay from the room. The thing that need to be improve is the housekeeping service, we started the day at 7 come back around 17-18 the room is not clean yet. But overall great place and would like to stay here again next time we go to SG.

It was at least 12 to 15 years ago since I stayed there on a regularly basis. When I stepped in the reception hall it was one big nice deja vu. The atmosphere was the same cozy, warm as I knew from before. I felt right at home. Friendly staff, nice room, good food. In short, top.
