Got a free upgrade to deluxe room from the hotel staff as the room requested was not available. The receptionist Wendy was very polite as usual. Had been staying at the hotel almost every week.

Nice and clean hotel, just not up to my preference, especially because the toilet is away from the wash basin.

Extremely worth it hotel if you need to live around that area, wide room, clean toilet, good hospitality. Just the exterior looks a little old

Had a good stay. As advertised. Brekky good but would be better served in crockery and not takeaway type containers. Cafe regular guest had legit crockery so why?

I have a great stay in summer view. Location is the best, bugis is only 3 minutes walk. Plenty choice of food, near albert center food court. For the transportation the nearest station is rochor than bencoolen, and also there are 2 bus station across the hotel. You can also find 7 eleven across the street. Cons is no soundproof here. So you could hear people talking on corridor, the bed is quite hard.

The room is small but clean and the location is perfect, near Bugis and Rochor MRT station and lots of bus stops. You can walk to the National Museum or Fort Canning Park. Mel was super friendly. But it has strict Covid-19 precaution policies, no guests allowed at any time.
