For the rates that app gave, it's just fair. But for us to stay here again? Nah, I don't think so. The staffs just too strict and afraid to lose things and or jobs. They don't want to give another keycards even when I was willing to gave them another deposit money. When I borrowed spoon, they remind me guests want to borrowed whole set of food utensils, they have to charge it. Lot's of tiny cockroaches inside the room just enough to gave us horrible night. The exterior and swimming pool was nice though. But again, the staff in pool area also not willing to help to give access to our floor, even lied about things. Nicely done

Dapet kamar yg smoking room, pas dateng kamarnya masih bau rokok. Wastafel dan kamar mandi agak tersendad untuk resapan aliran airnya (tidak lancar). Hospitality valet sangat bagus.

The staff are OK. I like the free drinking water. The bed is OK. But the bathroom is dirty, the shower has no hot water, and the towels are just terrible. The towels are quite clean, but they hardly absorb water, next to useless. The kettle is a bit broken, and doesn't turn off after the water boil up. Very dangerous.

Several times staying at Geary Hotel is highly recommended for business trips or others, very close and always crowded with Bandung station plus Persib watching together, full of culinary places, taxi and car rental places. Fast check in-out process, clean room, friendly and comfortable staff. Best choice, Thank you Traveloka.

I've been twice staying here, because the hotel is great, clean have a good staff and close to everywhere. But last time I stayed here was so disappointed because the blanket was ripped, the toilet so dirty and all of the table full of dust make me sneeze all night:(and the worst the staff just say sorry, thought the hotel will give a compliment or anything but seems like they didn't care at all. I was like this hotel but for staying here again maybe I have to think hundred times: (.

Location very good, lot of food area that make us no need togo anywhere to find something to eat.

The staff was very friendly, location near bandung station.

The bed linen was not clean, feels itchy on the skin while sleeping. Hot breakfast room, no comfortable place to eat, food area messy with falling food.
