"Located in Negros Oriental, Dumaguete is known as “The City of Gentle People.” Many of its tourist attractions reflect the rich history of the province such as the Japanese Shrine, which is the symbol of amity for the Filipino-American and Japanese during the war; and the Belfry Tower, which has stood in the city for more than 200 years. Meanwhile, beach and nature lovers should explore the white sandbar of Manjuyod, Twin Lakes Balinsasayao, and Tabalong Mangrove Park & Bird Sanctuary."

Great place to stay at Dumaguete. Walking distance from famous Rizal boulevard. Near at Sansrival Bistro and every restaurant. Room was big and clean. Every day they cleaned the room and changed the towels and bedding which is good for a traveller. Also a free coffee everyday. Plus the hot and cold water is also free.

Home to several top universities and a number of college institutions, this Southern part of the country is fondly called the “University City” and has become a melting pot of students, scholars, professionals, and a whole lot more. Also known as the “Motorcycle Capital of the Philippines,” Dumaguete lets you experience a modern, yet idyllic urban setting that’s different from the usual metro scene.

Renovate the hotel. It looks old and gloomy. Noise can be heard from other rooms around 3 am. Lights are too dimmed. Busted TV and AC too dirty. Not cooling. Noisy.

The location was perfect! The rooms were nice, and what really made this place was the amazing staff who made you feel at home. They sell rice meals!! The cured sweet beef (tofino) and the beef tapa was super bomb! I would definitely recommend this place, and if you're a digital nomad the internet at this place was solid (20 upload -15 download speed)
