Overall, my stay at Juno Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a strategic location. If I return to Jakarta in the future, I will not hesitate to choose Juno Hotel again as a place to stay.
The service from the cleaning staff and front office is very satisfying. They are friendly, responsive, and professional. When I had problems with the room telephone connection, the staff immediately came to check without me asking. I was also very helped by the document printing service by Mas Hafidz, who was very responsive and helpful.
However, there is one aspect that I think needs more attention, namely the restaurant service. The menu available is only a la carte with very limited choices. Basic facilities such as sugar, creamer, forks, and tissues are not available on the table, and are only given if requested. This is quite disturbing to the comfort of eating. In addition, the limited number of restaurant staff (1-2 people) does not seem to be enough to serve the needs of guests optimally, although they are still friendly and try to provide the best service.
I really hope that the hotel management can improve the aspects of food service and restaurant facilities, so that the overall quality of the hotel can be equal between accommodation and F&B.

The hotel's location is very strategic, adjacent to the Citiplaza Jatinegara mall. Public transportation users can take Transjakarta and get off at the Bali Mester bus stop, just walk for about 5 minutes.

Delicious, good service. Right next to the mall. To Jatinegara Station via ojol only 3 minutes. The food is delicious but it's a la carte with a great menu selection. The price is also cheap. Really like it.

First time staying here. Check in around 2 pm and check out at dawn around 6 am. Easy and fast process. Room and toilet are clean. Only the TV remote can't be turned down the volume. But its okay. Next time stay here again because it's near the acupuncture clinic. God bless the Juno hotel team, keep up the quality.
