Room was given to someone. When we can, they said don't have and then gave the room we booked. There was rat in the room when we off the light. The balcony door have no lock so not safe. The step to top room is semi broken. The road to the hotel is also very bad. Cars can't climb so the hotel give motorbike to climb. Overall my money is wasted.

We need to move to another room because there was another guests which are debating about booked 5 rooms at that day (At one homestay) In late evening time, meanwhile we stayed for a night already. It was quite hard rainy outside, and we need to move all our luggages to another room which is around 15meters from the homestay. What makes me not understand is they booked the homestay without contact the official person from the homestay, so in the other words they booked from fourth party. It doesn’t makes any sense. We were really disappointed with this situation. Water heater not working in the 2nd floor of the homestay. At last, we stayed in another room which is quite much better than the homestay. My advice is they need to makes the management of booking process much clearer and easier. There was a misunderstanding and lack of communication. I won’t come back even afton is the homestay with the best view in sikunir for me personally.

Very unprofessional, unpleasant experience and very bad hospitality. To make matter worst when we gave feedback to owner, he was angry and impolitely tried to blame us back. I don’t think we’re being appreciated as guess. The service was shite! Overpriced!

This room has no hooks, no place to hang your jacket or any of your clothes. The owner also doesn’t provide trash bin. The room only consisted of 1 queen size bed and 1 small table. So we have to put all our stuff in the floor, lolz But the view of Telaga Kecebong and the mountains around it is awesome. Also, this homestay is in the walking distance to Bukit Sikunir where you can watch the Golden Sunrise. Overall the room is alright, it is clean, beds are also comfortable. I surely will be coming back here again.
