The staff were helpful and friendly. This accommodation is just a walking distance to UGM campus. So it was very helpful to stay there while having something to be taken care of at UGM.

I'm really sorry but the real thing is very different from the photo, the room smells really bad, when the AC is turned on the aroma becomes even more intense, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work at all either :(

The room is very close to the motorbike parking lot, which is open 24 hours. The kids were always shocked. But the rest is okay.

When we stayed overnight, the TV was still analog, there were lots of ants on the TV, the AC was leaking so it dripped onto the floor. Parking was limited so we parked at my son's boarding house.

Location is in an alley. Parking is limited to only 4-5 cars. Friendly staff. Turns out it's combined with a boarding house. But the man said there are only a few rooms on the upper floor. Close to the SS shop, the AC is cold, the hot water works well. The cleanliness of the room is good. Only the wallpaper has peeled off a lot. According to the price. Hopefully it will be better in the future.
