Did not return my deposit money, when ask they say will return the deposit within 2 to 7 days. More than 7 days already, still haven return my deposit money. Will not recommend to others or friend.

Definitely recommended! I believe this is the best value 2 bed room apartment in PIK Goldcoast (I get it when promo)! It has 2 bedrooms, each with own bathroom + a sofa bed + kitchen set. The room has an outstanding swimming pool view. Check in and check out process is super easy. The only minus downside is the limited access to pool (max 3 people in one go) by building management.

everything was so good except TV cable didn't work, I wish next stay it will be solved

APATEL (the WA admin, named Yeni) extremely needs to improve its service quality especially in responding to communication with guests politely and diligently. The room is just nice, small but quite comfy and clean. No wifi provided. However, everything else about the apartment facilities was absolutely perfect. It was one of the best places we stayed for refreshing. The outdoor swimming pool has three pools and all were awesome! The area around the pool is good for relaxing. The indoor (but open-air) swimming pool has two good pools. The gym was also good. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi is closed due to the pandemic. There were some problems with the TV and refrigerator in the room. It takes almost 2 hours to fix them. Fortunately, it is compensated with a very late checkout. Thanks anyway! 

A very very comfortable place to staycation. the bedroom and toilet are clean. the furniture is all new and the toilet is comfortable to wear. complete facilities from cooking ware to minimarkets. they also have a children's playground & beautiful garden. the swimming pool is very nice & comfortable. view from the balcony & bedroom is very beautiful. close from PIK Avenue Mall & fresh market. close from cafe and restaurant along the street. very easy to reach by public transportation especially transjakarta. very happy to staycation here.
