We had a very nice stay at this hotel. From the lobby to the room was smell so good. The room is excellent with good modern interior design, huge space, and clean. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque view from our Grand Deluxe Room is perfect. The staff are helpful. Thanks to mba Heni - reservation staff, who is very nice and helpful to arrange our connecting room request. Great place to stay whenever you visit Solo, very recomended๐

We love this hotel! Dinner all you can eat was very delicious, clean and safe. Breakfast was tasty. My family like some of the breakfast items very much and we asked for some servings to go and they happily prepared them for us. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a batik shop at the lobby that sells good clothing. We will stay there again when time permits. Thank you.

I stayed here for 2nites for my birthday celebration at the deluxe room which is very huge compare to other hotel, the hotel greeted us with unique welcome drink & a slice of birthday cake in my room, thanks. Really awesome place, Pak Theo the Duty Manager were helpful as well. Hotel decoration with Christmas vibes really beautiful, would defenitely recommend to everyone to stay here it's really worth the price indeed๐would love to come back again next time I visit Solo.

I can recommend this hotel for you, this hotel is good, it's new hotel by swissbel, so no issues with facilities. The main thing is this hotel is clean and cheap. If I come to solo again, I will stay here again. The minus from this hotel is I can hear the voice of other guest from the next door, not that clearly but it's enough from me to know what they do.

Sudah lumayan sering nginep disini, hotel nya bersih pegawainya ramah. Dekat sama jalan slamet riyadi kalau cfd tinggal jalan kaki. Semoga kedepannya dimudahkan buat pelan2 renov ya.

I wish I could give 5 stars but the were some imperfect conditions. The shower head was leaking; The snoring from next door person was clearly heard; The entry card key to the room was not working properly, I had to go to the front desk 2 x to reactivate.

Centrally located hotel, walking distance to Keraton and the other palace as well as Kauman batik neighborhood. The hotel is old and shabby though, the carpet on the stairs has holes and is dirty. The bed sheets had a strange color even though they seemed clean, towel as well. Cleanness is definitely an issue and can be improved. They have free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again.

Pelayanan oke. Kamar nyaman dan bersih. Dan anak saya diIjinkan berenang jam 19.30wib.(krn besok paginya kami banyak agenda/acara. Tdk memungkinkan anak berenang diPagi hari) dan ada ruang bermain utk anak2 mskpun kecil dan sempit, tp anak saya suka. Krn hanya anak saya aja yg menggunakan ruang main tsb. Kalo ada anak lainnya pst kurang leluasa krn sempit bgt utk anak2 (saran utk pihak Novotel Solo tolong diUpGrade ruang playground nya ๐ ๐). Tp overall semua "Best" pasti balik lg kesini kalo ada acara diSolo lagi.
