Cheap Hotels in Ciumbuleuit, Bandung

We were so very happy & comforthable to spent the day & night in Harris Hotel & Convention Ciumbuleuit Bandung because the location accenssibility, their service & facilites were family friendly, the room was comfort & cleanliness.

Salah satu hoter terbaik dalam keramahan staff nya. Menu sarapan banyak pilihan nya. Worth the price 😆. Hanya sekedar saran, untuk tracking klo bisa ada pilihan mulai jam lebih pagi atau tamu bisa tracking sendiri

I've been staying here for many times and so far it has never been dissapointing. The service is very nice, room cleanliness and quality is very well maintained.

You get what you pay for. Affordable, but a bit shabby. I could spot cobwebs on a few corners of the room. Bed is small and hard. AC and TV was okay. Hot shower worked great, but they only provided 2 bath towels and door mat, no soaps. I got 2 small soaps after I asked the front desk.

Seperti biasa, semuanya OK untuk hotel/apt ini. Kalau bisa tambahkan fasilitas seperti sauna, spa.

The actual room is very much different than the pictures online. Many mis-design ie the light switch location which very far from the bed, the buckled pillow ornament above bed which fall off easily, the vertical blinds which is very thin and broken, the bulky table at the corner which is not efficient and have safety hazard because of the corner, etc. The most inconvenient things are the very noisy aircon, the noisy wooden bed (which make sound every we move even in small gesture) and the lack of wall insulation: so we could hear all noises from outside easily ie other guests steps, stairs steps, other guests sounds. That made us could not able to sleep all night. Staff also not really know the rule of hotel, we received 1x 15 % disc to eat at restaurant since we stayed there; But when we informed the restaurant staff, he said it has never been any promo at all; It was not the matter of the amount of money but it was very unprofessional. The food taste also very bland even the coffee is OK, we order gyudon and cappucino. Also we booked hairdryer D-3 in advance and staff confirmed could be done; But we never have it. Not mentioned the dirty towel with small blood stain.

Better, they should change management at soonest and rebuilt all things relate to facilities & services. So it would be appropriate to use 4 star hotel grade.
