Affordable 3 stars hotel and location is not crowded. Hotel is located near a famous mall in Makassar and can be reached by 5 minutes walk. Need more attention on toilet spray and soap availability but overall is excellent.

It could be better from the check-in service, I arrived 19.45 and the room wasn't ready yet, the front office team offered another ready room after 20minutes, but the bedcover was full with stain and pen streak, they changed it though. The rest of the service was OK.

The building is not sound proof, you can hear the water when they using bathroom from room above you, you can hear next door having conversation. For the 1st time in my life stay at the hotel charged you when you want to using their plate, bowl, spoon or fork. I request to change the blanket because is dirty, all the pillow sheet very old and dirty as well. Just unbelievable for hotel standard like Ibis group. Not recommended for people who had sensitif hearing like me.

Had very short stay here, overall it really is a backpacking guesthouse which quiet small room wise. They gave us a good prize with so so room to stay. Foods and access to any needs are excellent.

Power outages, no generator, finally hot.

Dirty, dirty, the service does not exist, the receptionist continues to disappear.
