Major input 1: Check-in experience was terrible. There was no hospitality at first, and no signage on where to go or who to talk to. For such a small villa, it was difficult to find the lobby to get my room keys. Major input 2: I had expected the villa to be very quiet and private throughout the day, closed off to random people (locals or visitors) who are NOT staying in the villa. However, at noon and during sunset hours (15.00-18.00) the villa had a few randos taking 1000 Instagram pictures, even taking up the prime spot sunbeds. If you want to welcome visitors that are not hotel guests, please keep them at the beach restaurant, and off the main villa premises (poolside, etc) which should be strictly for hotel guests. Room was clean, neat, beautiful furniture. Aside from the non-guest visitors, the ambience was perfect especially at night. Romantic and quiet. Pool water is warm for a night swim. Hospitality could be better for guests, while stricter control to keep off non-guests should be in place. The restaurant had limited menu options, but their signature fried rice that was served for breakfast was so so good.
