Quick check-in, room clean. Nice room.

We were staying in room 1221 this place is really small, no amnesties available, its a bit slow to check in, there ' s kitchen but there is no tools working, they only give one towels and it stinks! Not to forget dirty sinks in the bathroom it ' s too obvious you can see hairs and dust in it! I'm too disgust to take a picture of it! I think it would be best for you to close the business. This is the worst service ever. Not recomended!

Saya pesan kamar studio (bukan studio premium). Plus: check in gampang, lantai tinggi (lt21), kolam renang luas dan bersih, ada gym. Minus: ga ad wiifi, TV ga bs dipakai, kamar kecil, ga ada lemari, ga ada amenities, furnish sangat minimal.

Upcharged to meet floor pricing that was not communicated in the app. Room is so dirty and dim unlike the photos. No TV. Running water is yellow and disgusting. Seems more like its a shady room for hookups.

The service is very bad, waiting to check in can take up to 2 hours.

The ac isn't cold. The bathroom is also very slippery. No tissue provided. There is no soap or shampoo. Getting into the apartment is also complicated. The lobby just has to use a tap from security, but the security is also not responsible. Even though yesterday I was having a hard time bringing my children and a lot of stuff, I wasn't helped to get in first.

Electricity & water had died, there were no plates, glasses and drinking water.
