First time staying and met our expectations about this hotel. Services were good. All staff were kind and helpful. Deluxe Room was spacious, equipped with wardrobe, working table and couch. Inside room provide water kettle, toiletries, complimentary mineral water bottles, tea-coffee. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Service Staff in the restaurant as well were polite and nice. We got free entrance and play on all rides in Trans Studio Garden. Recommended to stay again.

Really proud with Yazid (Front Office Staff). Because even he is sick and on mc leave, I was contact him (last minute booking) and request decoration on the bed, but he do his great job. He arrange everything for me. Thank you so much Yazid for your excellent service. The room is nice, clean, and comfortable for stay. The buffet breakfast are variety, and nice presentation and taste.
