I'm disappointed with the receptionist ' s service, they're slow to meet my check-in needs. The room and the bathroom are so dirty. You can see dust everywhere. The toilet is like never been cleaned.

The receptionist communication skills is inadequate, needs upskilling. Room quality is poor and worse than it looks in the picture, the bedroom is humid, moldy, the shower room do not have toilet tissue, no glass for drink and is not quickly dry, no exhauster, I felt silly to have ordered a room from the app at this guest residence without checking or seeing it first. I stay only one night although order it for 2 night stay.

We could hear anything quite loud from our room. Our"neighbors"were noisy with their activities, even we could hear someone 's sneezing next door. The pillows were very thin, not comfortable to sleep with. The shower head need to be replaced because too many clogged holes. Over all it 's quite clean for the price, except that when we open the window there were water puddle that we're afraid of getting bitten by mosquitoes which make nest there.

I already asked for non smoking room while booking and checking in. But the room was smelly of cigaret. So I asked for another room, then I got twin bed. And also the rooms had no proper light, it was too dark and full of dust, even spider but overall worth with the price. Quality has price.
