Room 715. My 3rd stay here, the first 2 was OK. The last one was disappointing, specially bathroom cleanliness. Soo many stains, shower leaks, dust everywhere, glass door watermarks, soap dispenser dirty. Need to throw away the towels guys. Breakfast was so so. I'm here only because the hotel located near Rumah Mode, very convenient to get foods and a little bit of shopping.

Pas datang kesana kaget karna bookingan aku ngga ada, ternyata aku yang salah booking tanggal. Tapi ngerasa dibantu banget sama mas2 receptionnya โmas Nawal Haikal dan mba Desiโ, dibantu buat telepon app buat pengajuan reschedule, dibantu di tlp nin pake tlp hotel karena pulsa aku abis walaupun akhirnya harus tlp pake nomer sendiri. Booking kamar yg non smoking tapi karna salah tanggal dan hari itu tinggal kamar smoking akhirnya ambil yg kamar smoking, tapi staff nya sigap banget langsung nyemprotin kamar nya biar ga bau roko. Woth it to stay banget sih, dengan harga segitu tapi dapet breakfast yang cukup kumplit ๐ next kesini lagii ๐ซถ๐ป.

Stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room on 5th floor. Well located at Setiabudhi street beside Rumah Mode about 15 minutes from Bandung train station & 40 minutes from Pasteur toll gate. Large open parking area beside the hotel. Room was fairly large but the decoration is a little dated. Our first night stay was very disapponting. We found very dirty & a lot of hair on the carpet floor, sink drainage was clogged, mouldy bathroom, filthy towel, torn bad sheet, dirty pillow sheet, filthy & damp blanket, light on the table was off, music from discotheque on the basement was so loud until 2am. The points plus are nice swimming pool on the 11th floor & the hotel staffs were courteous & friendly.

The bed room was very good, clean and tidy. But for the swimming pool need some improvement and serious maintenance, when I was there, the water was dirty and plenty floortile inside the pool were chip/broken. Thank you.
