The room is good considering the price is affordable. The servers are really nice. They allowed me to check in early because I was waiting for the room at the lobby (since I came early in the morning from jakarta). This is a great budget hotel for layover

Comfortable place to stay, as we are able to take our vehicle park below the room as they provide us a parking space below the room. And we can ask our online delivery right by our door steps. However, have ask to lend a cutleries but they did not give us by saying that it is not available whilst they actually provide a room service. A bit disappointed by the staff reply. If a family stays maybe they will bring this kind of things but for a solo traveler like me that thinks that it is a hassle to bring that during my travel. But aside that, overall my stay is very enjoyable, they place is very calming. In the morning we can walk around the area to enjoy the morning breeze and enjoying a bit of sight seeing and also they also provide a small kids playground such as jigsaw and swing. And my favorite spot is the fish pond area, though it is small but there are many fish there.

The ad on the website promotes wifi, yet I got a room with no wifi, and when I requested to switch to a room with wifi, the reception was so rude that it took me 3 hours to get accommodated to a room with the proper equipment of which I booked. The manager was nice enough to accommodate me. My only gripe is that it says restaurant on the name but there was none, other than that the room was comfortable and the AC as well as the lavatory was more than enough for my 5 days stay, as well as the hotels location, which is walking distance to most food stalls. If the receptionist was properly trained it would've been a pleasant stay, however with how rude they were to me, it really made the experience uncomfortable because I know if I have any complaints they would just use a condescending tone and tell me to buzz off.

Not well maintained yet the service also not be improved by the workers. During check in until check out, the staff is not friendly at all. Room smells old room, towel is turned brown (that should be white. Long time ago) and got musty smell. Air conditioner is so loud. Bathroom was clean, except the closet where we saw a worm staying in the water haha scary. Telephone didn't work to call front office. First and last time staying here.

The room is dirty (bedsheet, floor). AC, TV and phone line is not functioning. We tried to call the phone number in the website but no answer. We have to walk back to receptionist. No apologize from the hotel for the inconvenience. We decide to move to another hotel.
