Nggak pernah bosen stay di hotel ini. Bersih, nyaman dengan suasana yang cozy dan para crewnya yang ramah. Hotel favourite saat liburan maupun tugas kerja di bandung. Next pengen nyoba suite roomnya dengan keluarga 👍🏻.

The staff upgraded my room from superior to family room (which means they gave me a complimentary service) 👍👏😁.

Great Location, near shopping centre and restaurant.

For the rates that app gave, it's just fair. But for us to stay here again? Nah, I don't think so. The staffs just too strict and afraid to lose things and or jobs. They don't want to give another keycards even when I was willing to gave them another deposit money. When I borrowed spoon, they remind me guests want to borrowed whole set of food utensils, they have to charge it. Lot's of tiny cockroaches inside the room just enough to gave us horrible night. The exterior and swimming pool was nice though. But again, the staff in pool area also not willing to help to give access to our floor, even lied about things. Nicely done
