Staffs are friendly. Service was stunning, the waitress was very attentive she frequently clear up the table, even if she was by herself doing clear up and sanitized the table. Breakfast was great, room was clean.

We stayed for 2 nights, the welcome was soft and gentle, I would like to thank Mr. Taufik from Reception and Mr. Dede from concierge. He was given early check-in because I was pregnant, they were very friendly and very helpful. The entire hotel staff is very nice and welcoming to guests, starting from reception, concierge, room service and house keeping. I can't mention one by one. This is a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Will come back here again.#Just a few notes; It would be best to explain that the superior room type is outside the building at Traveloka. Because I thought it was in the hotel building and I ordered the wrong one. And the soundproofing of the room is still lacking and the AC is not cold enough for hot days. Thankyou.
