The room that I had reserved wasn't ready when we arrived at 2pm, but the other guests after me in the lobby got the room first, and I don't have any information about that. We had to wait for about an hour to get to our room.

We arrived very late, we did check in at 1.30am, the staff were friendly and nice, the check in process was very fast. We were so amazed with the room, it is huge for a deluxe room with a well cleaned toilet, the sheets was clean, the AC worked well, a very comfortable place to stay. Definitely recommend this Hotel and will be back here when I have some stuff around north Jakarta.
