Semua karyawan ramah, cekatan dan helpful, lokasi. Strategis di tengah kota. Hotel baru, bersih dan nyaman sayang d kamar mandi belum ad exhaust buat sirkulasi udara. Selebihnya sangat bagus dan recommended banget.

Berlibur dengan pasangan. Kamar luas, ranjang dan bantalnya super enak, hanya saja ruangan tidak kedap suara, jadi suara dari luar jelas terdengar di dalam kamar. Kalau menurut saya, penataan mebelair di kamar harus diperbaiki, misal meja tempat pemanas air harus diletakkan di dekat stop kontak. Air panas lancar, tapi harus menunggu beberapa saat dulu untuk panas. Resepsionis nya saklek betul dengan SOP, mosok iya check in harus tepat jam 14.00. Breakfast tidak terlalu bervariasi, rasa so so lah, refillnya cukup lama. Tempat parkir terbatas, namun dibantu parkir valley oleh petugas hotel.

Menginap di sini semalam untuk beristirahat saat perjalanan mudik Bengkulu-Semarang. Ambil kamar tipe family, kamar luas untuk kami dengan 3 anak. Pelayanan ramah, kamar bersih, air hangat lancar, ada hairdryer, sarapan walaupun menunya ga banyak variasi tapi dari segi rasa enak. Sempet ketinggalan jaket di kamar dan pihak hotel membantu mengirimkannya ke Semarang. Terima kasih Elephant Inn and Suite membuat perjalanan mudik kami lebih nyaman.
