I had pleasant short stay in Four Point with my family. Hotel and rooms are comfortable and clean. Staffs and service are excellent. The hotel is located in Jl. Ir. H. Juanda (Dago), within close distance city center, malls, restaurants etc.

Overall satisfied because the interior of this hotel looks unique and well taken care of. The room itself is very spacious with 2 queen size bed, a good working table and chair. The toilet is clean, the slight downside is they don't have a separate spray but rather an inbuild bidet. The location is also great because it 's in the middle of the city, got supermarket literally next to it.

Big bedroom I think it will be suitable for family, easy access, close to many restaurants, supermarket, the staff is very friendly definitely will stay here again when I visit Bandung.

My niece brought 1 cute balloon in to the hotel and we were stopped and asked not to bring it inside. Please do more research how 1 balloon can be a threat to safety and security of the hotel. Obviously it ruined our holiday mood and we definitely like the hotel less.
