Lokasi nya bagus, Lobby hotel nice. Kamar di lantai 3, tapi karpet selasar dan kamar kurang bersih, dan kamar mandi kurang ya utk hotel bintang 4. Tidak akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi🙏

Room 121 on 1 night stay for business. Reasonably clean but a lot of wear and tear. The sofa had some holes and stains. Bathroom didn't have shower curtain or anything to avoid splashes of water to the rest of bathroom, making the floor slippery. The shower funnel was leaking where the funnel meets the head. The MCB box was uncovered properly. Some tiles had some stain marks probably from the use of heavy chemical to clean them. The positive was the housekeeping and front desk were quick actioned.

My staying experience was so bad. The room smell was very bad. Because the room didn't have proper air circulation. It was getting worse because the exhaust fan in bath room didn't work. It made the smell worse. Hence, I checked out earlier in the morning due to insufferable smell.

First of all, I want to say that the service was very nice, the staff are friendly. Thank you for that. However, several of the in-room facilities are not up-to-par with my personal standards. The bedsheets have stains here and there, the carpet is a bit dusty (& stained as well), and having a shared source of drinking water is not hygienic (I think it ' s better to give out bottled waters for the rooms instead). The night where me & my friend stayed (we're both women), we have 3 men looking at us in a very uncomfortable way in one of the hotel ' s corridor near our room (I think they are other guests). The basement reeks of wet trash. For the price, I think Bandung still has a lot of better options with cleaner and greater facilities.
