The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, comfortable and cool. Suitable for those who like to jog in the morning. Very friendly staff service even though check in / check out in the middle of the night.. Highly recommended for a vacation with family.

Booked room 2, it was stated to use a connecting room, but when checking in, the receptionist asked for an additional 350 thousand if you wanted to use a connecting room. Even though the voucher issued had explained about this request. Very disappointed.

I stayed with my family during the Eid holiday. What was annoying was the long queue at check-in. It should have been anticipated because many people came on holiday. For the rest, it was good, just improve it.

I left 1 paper bag, they said it wasn't there
even though there was 1 goodie bag that was returned and the paper bag that was left was next to the item that wasn't returned.
it's impossible to consider it trash because it was stored in a cupboard and the contents were heavy, hopefully everything can be fixed again.
