Rate hotel cukup terjangkau. Tapi kamar dan bedsheet kotor. Untuk shower, air panas tidak tersedia.

The room was very spacious & clean. The balcony was ugly though haha, surrounded by boxy concrete walls with zero furniture. It was also quite unfortunate that the TV was not a smart TV, just an old Aquos model. Luckily it had some cable TV channels! The front desk staffs were super friendly & helpful, but it took me 3 tries to get my room service call answered by the restaurant staff. The foods very decent, I ordered a chicken rice bowl & was pleasantly surprised that they used breast cut instead of thighs, the prices were all very affordable too! My only problem was the bathroom. There was a very persistent, unpleasant smell coming out of the drainage, probably from the lack of maintenance of their piping system. When I reported it to the receptionist, the staff was quick to help, coming to my room to spray some disinfectant & air freshener. Unfortunately the unpleasant smell came back only after 5 minutes.

Room is OK. Breakfast OK. Hotel staff is nice.

The outside seems pretty decent hotel, the reception area also looks neat and clean. Then the customers rush to check in yet there's only 1 staff who handle it and it taking so long. After a while, I got room 510 and feeling disgusted (just look at my photos for more details). I decided to take a shower after long trip and after turning on the shower, the black water runs from the main tap hole, then I change it to the shower but there's no hot water. The next day, they have water maintenance around check out time🙈.

I love the willingness of their staff to help customer. They share the informations clearly. Also, their facilities are fascinating! There 's a semi-indoor pool in ground floor, the restaurant menu are rich of flavor, and the sign systems are easy to notice. But, I can't bear the cleanliness of this place, sorry not sorry. The bed lamp, somehow, can't be functioning & not installed properly. The wood floor feels slippery, the balcony door can't be locked, the TV controller loses some part. Hopefully they can improve their services for the better quality.
