Sudah seharusnya rate hotel ini turun dari bintang 4 ke bintang 2. Lokasi sih bagus tapi hotel sangat buruk, shower buruk, WiFi buruk dan paling anehnya tidak ada non smoking room.

When I checked in. 1. I was given a room at smoking floor, although I am non smoker. Room 427.2. Inside the room keeping was not done and toilet shampoo on both wall bottles were not refilled, showing signs it was not done for days, and probably this is least used room. For whatever reason. 3. The aircond in the room is faulty its hot all the time, I complained to the front desk but nothing was done. 4. Whole night was stuffy and hot. I felt disgusted, the online agent had cheated me. You take in hotel partners who don't meet standards. You have robbed my money, its not cheap for Executive Room. 5. The walls the curtains and furniture is full of dust. I had breathing difficulties and star to sneeze. 6. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. 7. I refused to extend my stay and check out the next day.

The staff is not friendly to hotel hospitality standards. No thank you words from the staff as we check out. The room we have is not the one we booked from the app. The shower is broken. It is so overpriced with that kind of facilities and hospitality.
