I spent my Wedding Anniversary at Grand Serela Setiabudhi, and it’s a pleasant experience. I just arrived in the hotel, but they already surprised me with upgrading my room to the suite. My wife also surprised and burst her tears because I did not tell her if I request the wedding anniversary setup in the room. And this moment could happen because of the help of all staff in Grand Serela Setiabudhi. My kids also enjoy staying here for their new year holiday.

Pertama dtg dari lobi k kamar sempet muter muter karena arah ke kamar tidak jelas. Harus berganti lift. Tag petunjuk hotel salah.-Kamar bau debu kyk lama gak dihuni dan gak di vacum.-Ac sm skali gak dingin, Kyk pakai kipas banyak noda.

AC nya panas banget, staff nya slow respon. Kecewa banget sama hotel ini, mana saat baru masuk kamar bau rokok banget padahal bilangnya"kami disini tidak ada smoking room kok pak, jadi tenang aja"☺.

Saya pesan kamar grand deluxe diatas kamar standar tapi astaga masa begitu, apa karena booking murah dikasih kamar murahan dan kuno begitu? Detailnya minusnya ya nih: check in jam 13.55 dapat kunci masuk jam 14.45 (aneh cekot mesti disiplin jam 12 tapi check in jam 14 ga disiplin belum ready kamarnya), cat kamar banyak bekas rembes, ac dinding standar gabisa diutak atik, TV semutan, posisi stop kontak menyulitkan, lemari banyak coaknya, sofa jadul, karpet jadul bau apek, posisi kaca setengah badan keatas, kamar mandi jadul aga jijik injek lantainya nya jadinya, shower jadul juga gaada semprotannya, bathtub geli bekas semen ga rapih disela2 nya jadi gapengen rendeman, handuk aduh ga nyerep air beli bahan apa sih masa gabisa beli terry palmer gitu ya. Positifnya hanya kaca bisa dibuka jadi kalau pagi ke siang seger udara masuk sambil ngelamun liatin pohon dan denger bunyi tonggeret:).

Room is great! But there are some issues. The hot water was not working properly, the room service cannot be contacted (there was an instruction to call room service on the telephone though) and the breakfast was super so-so for a 4-star hotel.

Hotel memberi kami free upgrade kamar, kamar lebih besar dan ada bathup. Sarapan diantar ke kamar karna sedang bulan puasa, cukup banyak dan enak. Kolam renang bersih, staff ramah, harga kamar termasuk murah.
