This hotel is perfect for staycation. It 's located in the city center. Their service was impeccable! Every staff member has a great command and were very professional.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The toilet has a bad smell. The shower area gets choked with water after shower. We asked housekeeping to clean the toilet and to clear the choke but the problem remain. Breakfast was not very tasty too. Other than that we still rested well at the hotel. However, I won't recommend this hotel for long stay.

Nothing special for this hotel, still new and quiet. The room is not very clean, you still can find dust on the floor, blanket etc. We got a room with a wall view, very bad.

There is no clear sign for the gate, room floor cabinet dirty (dust) no tissue at room the overall not recommended.

Everything was dirty. Oily table. Stained pillow & towel. Toilet looks like just poured with mop water. But where was it come from? Because I'm sure the floor was not even mopped. Hair in the bathroom. Water drain in the bathroom was clogged. No bathroom mat. No slippers. Central aircon, super noisy, so hard to sleep. Wifi didn't work. 4th floor, no internet connection even for Telkomsel. At first I was excited for the pool, but after staying in the room, I expect nothing, and yes, pool water was dirty and not circulated. I know that it's a new hotel, but how come it's launched with such condition. Even with discounted price of around 300k, it's so not worth it. Very not recommended.
