Checked-in and checked-iut staff, Ms. Maria is so helpful and friendly. Hospitality from the staff is excellent. Only the flow of water tap is very weak. The hotel is under renovation. Hopefully, it'll be improved soon. Foods are average. There is no elevator from the car park.

Menginap di sini sebenarnya hanya untuk menginap, sebelum berganti nama, kami sering ketempat ini, karena keluarga ada disiantar, jadi menginap di sini. Selain karena tempat yang bersih, kolam renang yang bersih dan makanan yang enak trus kalau charge untuk sarapan anak juga murah only 35rb. ❤

Kamar luas dan bersih. TV seharusnya bisa dibuat lebih besar. Tekanan air di kamar mandi kurang kencang. Tidak ada fasilitas spa dan massage. Namun pelayanan sangat ramah.

Hotelnya sangat menyenangkan. Pelayannya ramah dan sarapannya enak dan cukup banyak menu pilihan. Sayangnya, di kamar mandi tidak ada sabun.

Semuanya aman” ajah dan sesuai SOP, cuman saya kecewa karena ac di kamar kadang gak sesuai sama monitor ac yang bisa di akser guest, seakan di kontrol pihak hotel, jadi gerag kadang saat di kamar, ac di lobby, reataurant, reception gak menyala, dan selama kita di restoran, reception dan lobby asli keringatan banget, sampai baju basag kuyub. Semoga ac di luar kamar terutama yang di matikan atau rusak segera diperbaiki ….
