Everything is according to what I expected except the washstand. It was clogged. Hopefully they can make sure that everything is functioning before the guess gets into the room.

Awal masuk kamar bauk bgt kyk pengap. Sofa kotor, kelambu berjamur, lampu juga berjamur dan sela2 kamar mandi agak kotor. Harusnya kamar lebih sering dimaintenance untuk sekelas hotel yg ramai pengunjung. Overall sdh oke

Had a pleasant stay here for my short vacation in Malang. The view is great, have a spacious parking lot, the service is exceptionally good, Staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean, even though the shower space is a bit narrow but the hot water and aircon all working well. Thank you for the good hospitality, keep it up!
